The following are booking rules currently in effect at our Club for Season 2023:

    • Reservations can be made starting at 7:00 a.m. each day
    • Outstanding bookings - this refers to the maximum number of upcoming reservations (yet to occur) allowed at any given time. Please consult the provided table for the maximum limit of outstanding bookings.
    • Rule bypass - this indicates the number of hours before court time where standard booking rules may be overridden. It allows members to book available courts within this timeframe, ensuring fair access while accommodating specific membership rules.
    • Booking Rule Adjustments - the Executive team reserves the right to modify booking rules to ensure equitable access for all members.
    • Guest Fees: The guest fee is $12 per person, with a limit of two guests per member per month.

Cancellation Policy

  • We ask that members cancel their reservation at least 3 hours in advance of their reservation time.
  • Cancelling within 3 hours of the booked time results in a one-point penalty.
  • Accumulating 3 penalty points leads to membership suspension, requiring you to contact us for reinstatement.
  • Providing a meaningful reason for any cancellation is mandatory.

How to book a court?

There are two way to book a court. You can use any web browser on your laptop/desktop device or you can chose to use a mobile app on your mobile device. A Court Reserve service provider put together instructional videos that explain the booking process:
