How do I enter the Club courts?

Members will be able to book courts based on the following guidelines. Club Execs will monitor the availability of the courts and have rights to adjust the rules accordingly.
Prime versus non-Prime time
Please refer to the schedule below for Prime versus non-Prime time definition
Should I cancel the booking if I do not plan to come?
If you don't intend to use your booked time slot, we strongly advise cancelling your booking. By doing so, you'll free up the court for others and avoid any penalties. Remember, cancelling won't impact your weekly booking limit. You can easily cancel via our website or mobile app. It's essential to either play or cancel your booking in advance to avoid repercussions, including a potential two-week suspension of your booking privileges or even membership termination by the Club Executive team for repeated violations. The first two 'no-shows' will result in a warning from our Membership Director, while the third will lead to a two-week booking suspension. We encourage timely cancellations to ensure fair access for all members and prevent the need for stricter enforcement measures
What is the latest time to cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking up to three (3) hour before your time slot. For example; if you booked for 7pm, the latest that you cancel your booking would be 4pm. In case the weather changes quickly prior to your play time, please contact us and we will cancel your booking so it does not count in your total weekly limit. Club will also "close" the courts in case of bad weather and all bookings during the time closure will be canceled automatically.
Are you running Junior Programs this year?
We will be offering after-school programs as well as Summer Camp. For more information about our programming, please visit our web page (under Learn menu) or contact our Tennis Professional, Joelle, via email.
