Membership management is through Court Reserve system. A detailed FAQ will be generated to help you navigate new system.

Prior to becoming club member, please get familiarized with the Club rules.

Adult Memberships

The Adult Membership is for adult members (19+) who would like to play anytime during Club hours. It includes membership for Adults, Seniors as well as Students

 

Features:

    • Can book up to 4 hours in the booking system

    • Can reserve courts up to 4 days in advance

    • Can book guests for singles and doubles

    • Can participate in club events and socials

    • Can sign up for private or group lessons and clinics with our club professionals

    • Price: refer to table above for each membership category

 

Adult (non-member) Membership

The Non-member Adult Plan is for adults who wish to try a game of tennis without initially becoming a Club member. It will allow participation in beginner's adult programs offered by the Club.

​The Adult non-member Plan allows the adult to sign-up for adult tennis programs at the Club.​

​The Adult non-member does not have privileges to book courts.

The Adult non-member who wish to join the Club and have all booking privileges can apply for paid adult membership later on, during the outdoor season.

Features:

    • For adults who are not club members but who would like to sign up for beginner's clinics.

    • Cannot personally book courts.  (Need a paid membership)

    • Can convert to paid membership with full privileges.

Junior Membership

DPTC has been welcoming juniors for many years. We are committed on providing Junior programs (clinics, camps) to all playing levels and skills.

This Junior Membership is for kids who want to play during the day at DPTC.​

 

The child must be attached as a family member to an Adult Member of DPTC or a Non-member Parent/Guardian who acts as the Primary user in the booking system.  Junior must be q club member (with proper membership) in order to attend offered Junior programs. The adult can book the child for court time if desired, as well as handle the child's annual membership renewal and any event in Junior program.

Note that a Non-member Parent/Guardian is not a member and will have no personal booking privileges.

​

Features:

    • Age limit: Between 4- 18 years of age on January 1 of the current season

    • Can sign up for private lessons, or junior programs or camps run by our club professionals

    • Can book up to 2 hours in the booking system (rolling limit)

    • Can reserve courts up to 2 days in advance

    • Can book a guest for singles

    • Court time for the child can be booked by the Parent member, Non-Member Parent/Guardian, or by the child themselves if authorized by the parent

    • Price: refer to table above for each membership category

Parent/Guardian Membership

The Non-member Parent/Guardian Plan is for a guardian or parent of children who wish to become junior members in order to play at the club or participate in DPTC’s Junior Program camps or clinics.

​The Plan allows the guardian to manage court bookings and membership renewals for their children.​

The Plan ensures the Club has an adult contact on file for children in programs.

​The Non-member Parent/Guardian does not have privileges to book courts or attend any club events on his or her own right.

​Registration for Junior camps, clinics and lessons require a Junior membership

​Non-member Parent/Guardians who wish to join the Club can put themselves on the DPTC Waitlist by signing up - detailed instructions below.

​

Features:

    • For adults who are not club members but who have or will have junior member kids who play at the club or are signed up for Junior instruction during the season.

    • Cannot personally book courts or participate in any club events.  (Need a paid membership)

    • Can book courts for children linked to the family.

    • Can handle membership renewal for all family members.

Renew or join in Court Reserve

​The key elements of renewal are:

    • Resetting your password (if forgotten) to get access to your Court Reserve membership account
    • Signing the waiver for the 2024 season
    • Paying for the membership. (Court Reserve system will send you a receipt so you know you're set.)

The following Refund policy is in place:

    • Full refund less $10 administration fee before May 15th
    • A 50% refund less $10 administration fee between May 16th and June 15th
    • No refund after June 16th
    • Exec approval is required after providing a valid reason for requesting a membership fee refund
