Season 2021 registration is open now

posted in: News

We are pleased to announce that registration for the outdoor tennis season 2021 is now open. Based on the information that we are getting from the City and Ontario Tennis Association, we should be able to open our courts on time. Current plan is to have our courts open on Sat, May 1st. There is possibility of opening our club before that day so, stay tuned.

We have several updates for upcoming season that is shaping up to be like any other regular season:

  • Membership fees stay the same as last year, for early bird registration before May 1st
  • Courts will be fully resurfaced in middle of June – this will cause one week closure of our courts at that time. Tennis nets as well as wind screens will be replaced as well and courts will look as brand new!
  • Club is planning to participate in A and C Intercounty (ICTA) League this year. We are always in need for the members/players that are eager to participate in the league
  • City as well as OTA informed us that singles play as well as double play will be allowed from the beginning of the season
  • Our tennis professionals (Joelle and David) are planning on several adults programs – more info coming soon
  • Currently, there is a plan to open up our Junior program with after-school (May/June) and Summer camp activities (Jul/Aug). More information will be sent out as soon as all dates ae firmed up
  • Club will continue with court booking system as last year

Tennis is one of the rare sports that is consider to be a safe sport during these challenging times. We are looking forward to opening up our Club soon and we welcome all past and new members to join us for, hopefully a great outdoor season.

If you are past member, please visit our site and renew your membership. If you have not joined our club, feel free to do so – new members are always welcome. If you have any questions regarding the membership, do not hesitate to contact us via email.
