The DPTC Exec Committee would like to inform you that they have heard from the club members and are adopting some of the suggestions and requests. Please take note of the following changes in the booking system. The changes will hopefully give more equal opportunity for court-play to all members:
PRIME TIME / NON-PRIME TIME:
The court hours will be divided into prime-time and non-prime time. The purpose for this is to limit tennis play during popular hours (“prime-time”) and encourage more play during less popular hours (“non-prime time”).
BOOKING LIMITS:
A member can book a maximum of 2 times during Prime times and a maximum of 3 times during non-Prime time hours. A one hour time slot is considered one booking.
BOOKING SYSTEM HOURS:
The booking system will be opened from 7 am to 11 pm. This is to reduce the tendency for popular court times to be booked up at 12 midnight.
