To limit the number of players on the court and to comply with City of Toronto Reopening conditions, all players must register their play online. This is MANDATORY.
Once a member is logged into the DPTC website, they can click on the Court Booking link on the menu bar. Prior to your first booking or your first play at the Club, it is mandatory to sign a release form online.
Booking is simple! Just choose your type of play (Singles/Doubles), the court you would like (any or specific court), the date and time, enter your name/email and you are done. Confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after the booking with all the info as well as link for potential cancellation, if required. Make sure that you use correct email address.
Important notes (as of Mon, July 26th):
- There is a limit of 2+3 bookings of 1h play time per member, per week with 4 days of advance booking.
- Booking limits are split between Prime time (2 bookings) and non-Prime time (3 bookings)
- If you would like to change your court time, or cancel a court time (e.g., because of bad weather), make sure to CANCEL your booking (via link in the confirmation email), otherwise it will count towards your weekly maximum. Cancellation is accepted at least 4 hours before your booking time slot. If weather quickly changes within the 4 hour prior to your booking and you were not able to cancel i time, please contact us and we will cancel your booking.
- If you are registered as a Family membership, login as the registered family member to book. You will have an opportunity to enter the player details from the second adult family member during the booking process. Please use their address to book the courts
- All bookings are done using the name and details of the registered family member (use the Notes section to list the players with whom you will be playing)
- Operating hours of the Club are 8am – 11pm, Mon to Sun. Public Court Hours are not available for booking (Sat/Sun, from noon till 3pm and Holidays from noon till 2pm)
