“Age restricted” error message when renewing Club membership

For members that are trying to renew membership from last year, some of you are getting error that particular membership is “age restricted“. The reason for getting this error message is that you have not capture date of birth in your membership profile.

Solution is simple – go to your Profile and populate your date of birth so system can properly check for age restrictions for particular membership that you have selected. Hope this information helps with your renewal. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
